RECIPE FOR EGGS ESPARRAGAOS Ingredients: -asparagus trigueros from Medina Sidonia -fried bread -olive oil -chilli pepper -garlic -eggs Fry the asparagus with the garlic in a pan. Fry the bread and place in a mortar the garlic, bread, salt and water. You then add to the asparagus and let boil for 30 minutes. You then add the boiled eggs and serve in a clay bowl.
